In case you are not happy with your wooden puzzle, you can return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. The only thing we are asking is that the puzzle is in its original packaging and unopened.
Please note that you can’t return personalised products as they have been custom-made for you.
How to return or exchange?
Please contact us via email within 14 days of the day you received your puzzle. By stating your order number, name and surname of the buyer, and reason for return. Once we will give you authorization for a return you need to send it back to us with tracked delivery.
We can’t be held responsible for items that are lost in transit when sent to us. You will also need to cover all the shipping expenses directly to your chosen shipping carrier.
Once we receive the package we will inspect it, if the puzzle is in its original packaging, unopened, and isn’t damaged, we will issue you a full refund. It takes up to three business days for the refund to settle in your account.
What happens if I receive a faulty or damaged puzzle?
In such an unfortunate event, please contact us via email providing visual proof. Once approved by us you will be eligible for replacement.
